2Services We Provide

GharSajaao offers event decoration, romantic setup services, birthday decor, wedding decor, and premium gifting at your location. We also sell physical decoration products through our website.

3Booking & Advance Payment

All service bookings require an advance payment to confirm the date and slot. This advance is mandatory and non-refundable as it reserves staff, materials, and scheduling for you.

4Consultation & Call Booking Fee

For detailed decoration planning or custom designs, a consultation/call session may be required. This session has an additional fee which is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

5Product Purchases (COD & Online)

Products listed on the website can be purchased via COD (Cash on Delivery) or online payment. However, COD availability may vary based on location and product type.

6Service Payments (Online Only)

Most decoration services require advance payment online. Remaining payment can be made after service completion via UPI / Bank Transfer / Cash.

7Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since decoration services involve advance preparation, materials, labour, and time slot reservation, service advance payments and consultation fees are non-refundable. Product orders may be eligible for return or replacement under certain conditions.

8Delivery & Timelines

Product delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service. GharSajaao is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.

9Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, proper access to decoration spaces, and ensure there are no restrictions from local authorities, societies, or building management.

10Intellectual Property

All images, videos, designs, and content on the website are owned by GharSajaao. Reuse, reproduction, or modification without permission is strictly prohibited.

11Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms automatically.
